In the Japanese language, “Saikyo” (最強) means “the strongest” or “the best”. We did not choose this name by chance – it is the standard by which we want to be measured every single day.
Our culinary journey began with a clear vision: to unite the precise, fine craftsmanship of Japanese sushi with the vibrant, herb-rich diversity of Vietnamese cuisine. As an Asian fusion kitchen, we bring the best of both worlds to your plate. We firmly believe that excellent food begins with the ingredients. That is why we only use carefully selected, fresh products and completely avoid artificial additives.
